So if you don’t have time to exercise or if you don’t like to get sweaty you can always get a spa day at the gym. One thing that is especially nice about the spa is that if you have the time you can also get a pedicure or a manicure. A manicure can clean up the nails along with any dirt that you may have missed while you were working out. Pedicures are also a great way to stretch your middle finger and thumb while you paint your toes. For the ultimate in pampering get your feet worked on at the spa.
